Direct &supervise all nursing and non-nursing activities in her/his assigned unit, and assure compliance with established nursing standards.- EDUCATION/ LICENSURE:- Graduate of Professional School of Nursing. - Bachelor?s Degree from accredited University.- Current license to practice as Registered Nurse. - MSN is preferable.- Maintains valid registration in country of origin and in KSA.- Accredited in Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).- PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:- Has worked as staff nurse for a minimum of six (6) years in the required speciality.- Has experience in nursing administrative position minimum of (1) year with extensive experience as Head Nurse in the same speciality required for the position.
