Black & Grey HR is hiring for a fast growing restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia.?Our client is looking for an energetic and personable Head Barista for one of their stores in Al Khobar. You will be responsible for<br /><br />- Coordinating the preparation of all orders from the coffee counter, enabling waiting staff to serve freshly made food and beverages promptly<br />-?Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, Caffe latte, and cappuccino and others-?Maximize revenue by increasing sales, spend and conversion while minimizing costs in ways that do not have negative impacts on quality or service<br />-?Maintain a safe, hygienic and presentable work environment, following approved operating procedures, food safety guidelines and health and safety regulations<br />-?Maintain supplies of counter and bar beverages in line with forecast demand<br />-?Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations<br />Requirements-?Graduate /Diploma / BHM Hospitality management or culinary schooling<br />-?Fully trained to Barista standard with full understanding of brand standards- Experience in Retail, Hospitality and/or customer service<br />- Teamwork and Leadership skills<br />-?Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment<br />BenefitsAttractive salary plus benefits<br />
