Job Description

  • Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering leading practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
  • Follow-up on escalated cases/issues of subordinates to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in employee value proposition and employee engagement and experience programs in order to align it with company objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Analyze regional talent acquisition needs based on collected data and communicate with the Talent Acquisition Function for approval and to be included in the recruitment plan and budget.
  • Participate in performing interviews and assessments for regional candidates in coordination with the Talent Acquisition Function.
  • Conduct induction sessions for new joiners in regions to introduce companies culture, values, management, location, policies, and procedures, etc.
  • Collect all documents related to new joiners and prepare all formalities including the necessary prerequisites such as registering employees to HC system, acquiring security clearance, allocating office space, requesting IT-related tools, providing work-related equipment, etc.
  • Conduct performance evaluation of employees by initiating reviews and appraisals in line with the system set by Talent Management Department.
  • Analyze employees performance appraisal and personal key performance indicators (KPIs) results as well as personal development plans and develop accurate and timely reports accordingly in order to determine training needs ensuring alignment with individual career progression.
  • Supporting the management of regions HC activities including recruitment and onboarding, performance, and career management, learning and development, payroll, employee services, and HCIS coordination ensuring timeliness and accuracy in line with HC policies and procedures to increase employee satisfaction.
  • Participate in the assessment of training needs and accordingly develop the regions training plans with the talent development team in line with set policies and regulations.
  • Participate in compensation and benefits schemes and procedures and ensure the required support in the reward decisions based on individual performance outcomes ensuring fairness and equity in rewarding employees.
  • Participate in employee transfer process and ensure applying the required criteria for the transfer with workforce plan alignment.
  • Ensure the update of records and data related to regional employees in the HC system.
  • Support government relations in regions to issue all related paperwork and permits.
  • Supervise employee services including contract renewal, leaves tracking, health insurance, grievance, etc. in a timely and accurate manner ensuring employee satisfaction.
  • Provide input for the development of reports regarding operations, activities and achievements for reporting and decision-making.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources or relevant fields.
