The Group COO will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic development of all hospitals in the group. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to contribute to the strategic growth and operational excellence of the group.DescriptionOperational Leadership: Lead and oversee the daily operations of all four hospitals, ensuring that clinical and non-clinical services run efficiently and effectively.Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and business growth.Financial Oversight: Monitor hospital performance against financial targets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality care.Quality & Compliance: Ensure all hospitals adhere to national and international healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.Performance Management: Develop and implement performance improvement plans, monitoring KPIs and ensuring that hospitals meet or exceed their goals.Workforce Management: Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate, and that teams are trained, motivated, and aligned with the organizations mission and values.Patient Experience: Focus on enhancing patient experience through operational improvements and service excellence across the group.Innovation & Technology: Identify opportunities for technological advancements to improve operational processes and patient care delivery.Stakeholder Engagement: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including medical professionals, governmental bodies, and healthcare providers, to strengthen partnerships and drive the organizations goals.ProfileBachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a multi-site or group hospital setting.Proven experience in managing hospital P&L and driving operational excellence.Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation processes (e.g., JCI, CBAHI).Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.Familiarity with healthcare technology, including EMR and operational management systems.Job OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits package.
