Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role you will get to work within a new PMO working on major highways / infrastructure projects in the KSA Capital, Riyadh City.What Youll Be Doing

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate software
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Documents that will be required will include, but a not limited to, design reports, status reports, monthly / weekly reports, dashboards and bidding documents
  • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
  • Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with the PMO team to meet deadlines.
  • Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
  • Create new processes and standards for graphic design purposes
  • Update and maintain internal databases for graphic design related tasks
What Required Skills Youll Bring
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design
  • 8+ years of related work experience.
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • A highly creative mind set with experience of using own creative skills for creation of professional documents
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach to own activities and helping in other disciplines, as far as practically possible, to assist in PMO overall efficiency.
What Desired Skills Youll Bring
  • Previous experience of working in a technical PMO
  • Previous experience in creation of engineering / project management documents / reports
  • Experience of working in a highly collaborative environment with multidisciplinary departments
