Government Relation SpecialistAre you looking for a new opportunity?Do you enjoy being part of a successful team?Join Baker Hughes Team!As Baker Hughes transforms its operations to meet the needs of a changing energy landscape, there is a need for a passionate team to build and maintain a positive public image for the company.Partner with the bestAs a Government Relation Specialist, youll be responsible to issue and manage all documents including employees travel arrangements and governmental documents.As a Government Relation Specialist, you will be responsible for: Managing the application of Business Visas, Residence Visas, Single/Multiple Entry Visas, Re- Entry Visas as well as NOC for Residence Visa/ Multiple entry visa. Tracking of all type visas for Employees and maintain a database (Hard copy & soft copy) of visa expiries and renew on time. Renewing Forklift license. Renewing Company CR, Signatory card, Trade license and any other license required for the company. Coordinating all GRO duties daily. Managing the application of offshore and onshore passes for the crew through E-gate pass system portal. Assisting the employees for the renewal of family Resident permit and the issuance of the QID for their newborn babies. Issuing the NOC letter for Driving License.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: High School degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and supervisory roles. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving skills.
