Jobs at this level are responsible for conducting internal and external regulatory audit tasks, analysis and developing reports with an aim to identify risks areas of concerns and opportunities of improvement. Also, they are responsible for reviewing the delivery of reports and analysis conducted by senior analysts/analysts and recommending appropriate action plans.? Support to develop stc governance framework based on GRC inputs, organization structure and roles and responsibilities.? Analyze and prepare required governance inputs to Corporate Policies & Authority Management to assure complete and accurate results? Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure stc?s corporate governance practices compatibility with local and international bodies? Develop studies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the stc governance system? Enhance general knowledge and understanding of corporate governance at STC? Ensure any corporate governance related Board decrees are tracked and adopted in appropriate governance artefacts.? Track and adopt related board decrees corporate governance? Review and assess the adequacy of the stc BoD?s corporate governance policies, practices and processes periodically and recommend to the Board any changes considered appropriate.? Generate corporate governance performance reports
