  • Managing the activities of the strategic planning group according to the opinion of senior management and the opinion of the Board of Directors and assisting in the development of the companys strategy and directing the development of strategies for business units.
  • Develop marketing plans and objectives and formulate marketing policies, in cooperation with senior management, to ensure market share and appropriate profits.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of the companys strategy using a balanced scorecard.
  • Create a guide to monitor the activities of the strategic business units and disseminate them through the work team and discuss the plans of the strategic sales sectors and goals to ensure that they are in line with the strategy company.
