TWOZAN SURVEYS is seeking a highly qualified Geomatics Consultant with a strong background in Survey Engineering or Geomatics. The selected candidate will provide expert consultancy, lead geospatial projects, and support field and office operations across the Kingdom.Qualifications & Education:* Master’s degree or higher in Survey Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field (as deemed acceptable by TWOZAN SURVEYS).* Minimum of 18 years of recent experience in field surveying, civil engineering, or survey drafting.* At least 10 years of hands-on experience in survey computations.* 3+ years in CAD production supervision.* 3+ years as a Geomatics Specialist or in a similar role.* 2 years of experience in GIS, 3D laser scanning, or modeling.* Formal training in CAD software and GIS applications.Technical Skills:* Proficient in CAD, ArcGIS, or CARIS.* Ability to execute mapping projects using 2D/3D CAD analysis.* Strong command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).Key Responsibilities:* Provide geomatics consultancy support to land survey operations.* Contribute to the development of technical standards, specifications, and best practices.* Supervise and assist office and field teams in land survey projects.* Manage and execute 3D terrestrial laser scanning projects.* Deliver quality outputs in CAD drafting, GIS mapping, and spatial data analysis.Specialization Requirements:Candidate must be specialized in at least three (3) of the following areas:* Cadastral Surveying* Cartography* Photogrammetry* Geodesy* Remote Sensing* Image Acquisition and Development* Spatial Information Systems* Geographic Information Systems (GIS)* Hydrography
