Install, maintain, and repair diesel and gas generators.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues.Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.Replace or repair faulty components (filters, belts, injectors, batteries, etc.).Test generators under load and no-load conditions to ensure proper performance.Operate and support generator synchronization systems for seamless power transitions.Troubleshoot and maintain control panels, ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch), and synchronization panels.Maintain accurate service records and report issues or required actions.Ensure compliance with operational efficiency, safety standards, and electrical codes.Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide on-call support when needed.Operate tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices safely and efficiently.Coordinate with other technicians or departments for major repairs or overhauls.Must have a solid electrical background to handle integrated mechanical-electrical systems.
