Role : Field Supervisor - KSA World Health Survey Project in Collaboration with Saudi MOHLocation: All KSA RegionsPosition: Field SupervisorEmployment Type: On-site, Part-Time with flexible working hours About the JobWe are excited to announce a unique opportunity for General Practitioners to join a national initiative in collaboration with the Saudi Ministry of Health. This is a prestigious project aimed at improving health outcomes across Saudi Arabia. As a Field Supervisor, you will lead the charge in overseeing a team of Field Representatives, ensuring high-quality data collection in your assigned region.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of Field Representatives in conducting in-person (door-to-door) interviews, with occasional phone interviews to ensure data quality control.
  • Assist in the training of Field Representatives, offering guidance and resolving any challenges in the field.
  • Conduct in-person interviews as needed throughout your designated region.
  • Provide guidance to your team in handling fieldwork challenges to ensure a smooth data collection process.
