Job Description

Our client is a very well-known public shareholding company, with vast experience in the Saudi market, focusing on activities as such as car service centers, hospitality, restaurants, fuel transportation, the import and sale of equipment, as well as the provision of beverages supplied using modern and well-maintained equipment. They are looking for a General Manager to work out of their office in Riyadh, KSA.Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth and development of the Culinary Food and Beverages Department by working in collaboration with the Food Beverage Leadership Team to set the strategic planning initiatives and implementation
  • Boost revenue, maximize profit margins and, drive the overall financial performance
  • Ensure the team?s strategy aligned with the brand?s business strategy and objectives.
  • Ensure all aspects of succession planning
  • Ensure Project management of F&B site creation from conception, design, and implementation.
  • Manage All aspects of commercial operations, from site design, process, workflow management efficiency to implementation and strategic operation.
  • Oversee Implementation of the new and existing retail markets project for the company.
