Job Description

Our client is a very well-known public shareholding company, with vast experience in the Saudi market, focusing on activities as such as car service centers, hospitality, restaurants, fuel transportation, the import and sale of equipment, as well as the provision of beverages supplied using modern and well-maintained equipment. They are hiring a General Manager to work out of their offices in Riyadh, KSA.Responsibilities:

  • Leading Real Estate Asset Optimization portfolio under Strategy and Business Development group.
  • Lead strategic growth projects including alternative energy and renewable opportunities.
  • Set up market & network analytics function from scratch and with allocated resources.
  • Evaluate network performance on an on-going basis to secure financial performance optimization opportunities.
  • Conducts in depth retail asset optimization analysis for petrol stations on an on-going basis and presents investment proposals to executive investment committee
  • Assure proper liaising between retail operations and other internal departments including IT, Finance, HR, Credit, Legal and Corporate Real Estate to ensure successful acquisition and integration of newly acquired retail businesses through process assessment and optimization, transformation through information systems implementation.
