Job Description

Objectives:Our client is a very well-known public shareholding company, with vast experience in the Saudi market, focusing on activities as such as car service centers, hospitality, restaurants, fuel transportation, the import and sale of equipment, as well as the provision of beverages supplied using modern and well-maintained equipment. They are looking for a General Manager to work out of their office in Riyadh, KSA.Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for all project activities, including preparation of design packages and review of packages prepared by the contracting department.
  • Manage all facets of project to ensure completion within the given timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
  • Oversee various services from feasibility studies, detailed design, and site implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between parties involved in a given project.
  • Implement and Maintain progress assessments against programs of work.
  • Negotiate modifications with architects and consultants, if they arise.
  • Advise on design, features, durability, and sustainability.
