Job Description

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all business , sales , openings, setups, staff, budgets and operations of the local Start-up business unit / company.Objectives of this roleFormulating overall strategyManaging people and establishing policiesSetting goals for growth, control budgets and optimize expenses.Main responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Business from Scratch (Startup, Setting up new Company, Locations setting, related government sector regulations, procurement sectors, finding lands, buying, renting offices and all related administrative and governmental required to establish a new business )
  • exceptional technical experience and open mind for adopting mobile solutions in container technologies as well as sales management
  • Develop and implement long and short term strategies for the business to achieve its goals and business objectives.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate risk involved in all business activities.
  • Develop, motivate and coach people in line with succession & career planning requirements.
  • Direct the commercial and the operations to optimize performance, profitability and client service. Oversee business operations across the Company to ensure
  • efficiency, quality and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Ensure the Company budgets and plans are implemented effectively through the coordination with various Department heads and top management. Direct
  • financial control activities to ensure costs are effectively managed within parameters.
  • Finalize performance targets and approve performance measures for various business operations. Review activity reports and financial statements to determine
  • progress and status in attaining targets and objectives and revise plans in accordance with prevailing conditions.
  • Direct the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures and standards of the Company in order to achieve quality and consistency in the
  • performance of business activities.
  • Identify new business opportunity as well as evaluate business enhancement opportunities for the existing business plus sales management.
  • To build business relationship network with customers, strategic business partners, government regulatory and financial institutions.
  • To ensure through executives that all the business activities are carried out in compliance with country regulations and laws governing business operations.
