Saudi National_ General Accountant | Al Futtaim Automotive | FAMCOOverview of the role:In this role you will be monitoring daily cash balances and determine cash requirements needed to cover losses and payments,verify that invoices have been paid,verify accounts receivable paperwork to balance accounts and ensure that all figures match payment information,write regular reports based on financial data showing incoming and outgoing figures, as well as other relevant information.What you will do:-Raise Sales & Service Invoice thru Iscala-Raise Cash/Cheque from Instalment / spare parts invoices-Follow up with the team to record and reconcile cash, cheques& BT clearing accounts-Prepare HEM sales Invoices in Coordination with Sales personnel-Reconciliation of Bank Statement for Customer fund-Reconciliation of Bank Statement for Customer fund-Prepare monthly statement of account for credit Customer-Tracking the matured monthly instalment cheques of the customers-Daily Cash deposits to Bank
