This unique program is designed to develop PepsiCo?s Future Leaders by providing challenging and purposeful opportunities that accelerate their readiness to take on business leadership roles. What is the PepsiCo Future Leaders Program (PepStar) ? It is an initiative enabling PepsiCo to build a strong talent pipeline that will support and lead our business growth. PepStar Program is an 18-month rotational leadership development program for which we recruit top-performing graduate talent who demonstrate the potential to become managers within our business within 2 years. It?s designed to grow you into a manager, through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts. You?ll be hired into a function and develop your leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role. At the heart of it, it?s about developing tomorrow?s leaders, today. From Day 1, our Management Trainees take on real business challenges within their own function and across the organization. Each of our Management Trainees will gain an understanding of how we make and how we sell our products, become immersed in our sustainability initiatives, understand and experience first-hand our global markets, and build people management skills. Along the way you will develop deep core professional skills and leadership skills and build a robust support network. On top of all that, you will have a lot of fun along the journey. How does PepStars program works? 18-Month Rotation Program (6 levels), defined roadmap. Responsibilities as of Day 1 Solid onboarding program Formal Training + Informal Learning Mentorship + Exposure to Senior Leaders + Peer Network and engagement activities. On-job functional rotation based on your function Regular assessments and coaching. Potential to Reach Manager-Level Upon Successful Program Graduation Qualifications/Requirements What are the Minimum Requirements & Qualifications I should have to join PepStar ? Recent successful completion of Bachelor?s or Master degree (within the past 1-18 months) with GPA of 3.75/5 or 3/4 in one of the following majors: Engineering Majored in (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineers), Chemistry & Bio-Chemistry majors. Business Majored in (Administration, Management, Marketing, MIS, and Finance) IT Supply Chain Ability to take key data points and derive them into actionable insights Business Acumen Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Pipeline
