As a Fragrance Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving the highest sales targets by ensuring an outstanding customer experience and adhering to the highest professional standards. You will also be responsible for providing fragrance advice to your customers and guiding them on the nature of fragrances and the sensitivities they may cause by using the appropriate products. Your responsibilities include:. Developing relationships with customers to build loyalty.. Answering customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, product uses and services.. Communicating with customers to assess their needs and assist them in meeting those needs and meeting or even anticipating customer expectations.. Informing customers about the product ranges that best suit their needs.. Explaining the uses of different brands and products and their benefits Aha.. Responsible for new product launches, product promotion and visual marketing.. Boost sales while achieving line and sales targets by utilizing your knowledge of fragrances.. Promoting perfume sales during events, shows, and launching new products.. Follow up on sales goals at the store level.. Preparing daily sales reports.. Communicate with customers remotely to generate traffic for the store or via the e-commerce platform (if available).. Participate in achieving incentives and tracking post-launch sales of the new product at the store level.. Ensure that store merchandising levels are achieved in accordance with brand guidelines.. Ensure stores are restocked on the right shelves and at the right times.. Submit stock shortage reports using the stock request form.. Ensure that inventory is received according to established procedures.. Maintaining the cleanliness of the area in charge..
