Our ClientA high growth tech start-up is seeking a FP&A Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.Your Responsibilities.Preparation of the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast .Development of the long term strategic plan in coordination with the board and senior management.Work with senior management to design and develop management reporting, budgeting and forecasting policies and procedures.Produce monthly management accounts and profit and cost center reports.Identify and explain variances from budget .Identify actions to optimize performance, minimize risk or capture new opportunities .Competitor analysis, including analysis of investor presentations to support growth.Work with senior management to produce board of Directors report, including pitch and presentation decks.Assist senior management as required in decision making including due diligence and feasibility studies.Scenario analysis.Assist with various tasks in the implementation and operation of the accounting system .Assist senior management with other adhoc projectsYour Qualifications.A professional finance qualification plus Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or a related field is preferred. .Minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A..A strong understanding of e-Commerce and technology industries is preferred.Experience in a SME or high-growth environment is a plus..Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills..Ability to work independently and as part of a team..A fluent Arabic speaker is preferred.Halian GroupWith over 20 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.Our resourcing and smart services help you to realize tomorrows potential.
