Job Description

Position Title:Food Safety Auditor ? KSAEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 6K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsplus joining ticket, visa, and insuranceJob Location:Riyadh, KSAAbout the Client: A chain of standalone cafe restaurants based in Riyadh, KSA

  • Provide appropriate safety training and certifications on Hygiene & Quality management to the team and be able to implement within approved standards
  • Send a weekly and monthly report on Hygiene and Quality KPIs monitoring to the management
  • Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, and compliant to company policies
  • Track food wastage and implement strategies to minimize and control such
  • Work with the whole team in operations to ensure that compliance with all food safety requirements and audits are passed
  • Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to F&B Hygiene
