Job Description

The Saudi Tadawul Group was established in March 2021, following the transformation of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) into a Holding Group structure.   • Overseeing the process of getting fixed income and structured products listed on stock exchanges, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and exchange requirements.
  • Leading a team involved in the listing process, providing guidance, and ensuring collaboration among team members.
  • Staying informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and other factors that may impact the listing of fixed income and structured products.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and clients issuing the securities.
  • Assessing and managing risks associated with fixed income and structured product listings, and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Exploring new and innovative ways to structure financial products for listing, and staying abreast of industry developments.
  • Conduct Benchmarking exercise to understand the international markets behavior.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the companys standards.
  • Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
  • Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
  • Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation and Certifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred
Knowledge and Experience:
  • 6 + years of experience in finance, listing, stock exchange, accounting, business administration
