PepsiCo is universally recognized as one of the best companies in the world for leadership development.To safeguard the process of monitoring the accuracy of the financials for the company PP&E and make sure the related controls are in place.Support the maintenance of the Fixed Assets function in SAP to provide management with accurate and timely information.Facilitate assessment and performance reviews, to identify key issues in FixedAssets and set corrective action plans. In addition, assist the Financial Controller to provide effective accounting support of business issues and initiatives.Responsibilities

• Carry out the day-to-day work that includes assurance of proper documentation flow and proper accounting treatments are in place (New Additions, Assets Transfer, Disposals, and Write Off. etc).
• Project wise Capital spending analysis and CWIP aging analysis with operations.
• Preparation of Asset schedules for the company and consolidated.
• Monthly detailed asset wise depreciation analysis and report variances.
• Carry out the closing procedures by the month end within the closing timetable.
• Update phasing timeline for Capex spent working with project department.
• Prepare the monthly Capex tracking report with budgets and commitments.
• Preparation for Balance sheet review slides monthly to management.
• Proper maintenance and update of Fixed Assets register in SAP.
• To ensure proper procedure for assets transfer intercompany & intra company.
• Ensuring procedure for assets physical count of fixed assets at all locations as per policy and carry put the compliance field visits as per what stipulated in the compliance of policy.
• Communicate and cooperate with the internal audit department and the external auditors to assess the control environment

• University degree with part qualified (CA, ACMA and CPA)
• Solid understanding of the Local Laws and Regulations, International Accounting
• Standards as well as company policies and procedures
• Skillful in Microsoft Office applications and ERP applications
• Work in a team environment, assisting wherever necessary to complete the tasks assigned
• Manage his time effectively to meet deadlines in accordance with company policy
• Building cross functional working relations, communicate effectively with all levels within the company
