  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Address any issues or delays promptly and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, changes, and milestones.
  • Oversee final inspections and handovers to ensure that all work meets the companys quality and safety standards.
