We value trainers, believe in their growth, wellbeing and development,??You cannot sell what you do not own ?we want Lean, fit, strong, healthy and happy trainers?That?s why we make sure that our trainers have time to train, look good and feel great and we have made this compulsory.Based on the beautiful Jeddah Red Sea coast, we are searching for Male & Female certified Personal Trainers/Strength & Conditioning Coaches who are keen to relocate to Jeddah and/or Riyadh to work in this truly outstanding environment.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business like no other in the world where trainers are at the forefront of the business.Key Responsibilities

  • To initiate new member orientation, competent in performing initial assessments/movement screens and provide an associated exercise programme.
  • Demonstrate a high standard of instruction and technique in the execution of all exercises and motivate members to adhere to their personal fitness programs.
  • Able to deliver, with high technical accuracy and enthusiasm, motivating group classes.Constant communication with the Head Trainer on all aspects of the fitness department related to the Gym Floor
  • Actively promote all fitness programs, services, activities etc in the club in order to establish regular usage by members
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully to all CORE members
  • Maintain relevant communication channels with members in order to accommodate feedback/criticism and ensure members feel welcome and valued
  • Structured time management to ensure have a proper time for planning training sessions and timely feedback to personnel to drive improvements.
  • Produce results with your clients (goal dependent).
  • Demonstrate positive client retention rates.Achieve higher than 4/5 star rating from clients with regards to satisfaction.?
  • Ensure that all activities are in compliance with CORE guidelines in relation to operational standards, including health and safety requirements, undertake reporting professionally and on time, optimizing CORE initiatives.
  • Guarantee the maintenance of equipment and tidiness of all class environments for the optimal functionality of the club.Ensure members adhere to Occupational health and Safety (OHS) policies and gym floor is compliant with OHS policies
