? Managing and overseeing all the architectural and finishing construction site works.? Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.? Study, review and validate shop drawing in order to avoid discrepancies.? Finalize and manage the finishing works between Arch and within projects to ensure that construction is delivered to the client with the required quality standards and within agreed time scales.? Plan and manage defined phasing zones from the project initiation until handing over the projects to set the time and work expectations.? Review and maintain the construction finishing schedule and ensure that all contractors and suppliers meet project milestones on time and on budget.? Carry out day-to-day site operations and monitor the construction of works, and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan, deadlines, and relevant Safety Regulations.
