Responsibilities typically include:1. Project Execution & SupervisionSupervisePlastering, painting, cladding, tiling, ceiling works, woodwork, metal work, and flooringEnsure all finishing work aligns with architectural drawings and specificationsMonitor subcontractors and laborers on-siteCoordinate with and structural teams to avoid clashes2. Quality Assurance & ControlConduct site inspections and checks to ensure quality finishesVerify materials and workmanship meet standards and specificationsPrepare snag lists and ensure rectification before handover3. Project CoordinationCoordinate with interior designers, consultants, suppliers, and contractorsAttend site meetings and update stakeholders on finishing progressResolve site issues and report to the project manager4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of site progress, material usage, and inspectionsPrepare daily/weekly progress reportsReview shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to finishing5.
