Job Description

Sihamco Group is looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Hostess to join our team. As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them and assisting with seating arrangements. Your warm and welcoming demeanor, along with your excellent customer service skills, will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests.Responsibilities

  • Saudi National
  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements, taking into account their preferences and any special requests
  • Manage the waitlist, ensuring guests are seated in a timely manner
  • Escort guests to their designated tables and provide menus
  • Communicate with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth coordination of seating and service
  • Answer phone calls and make reservations as needed
  • Inform guests about special promotions, events, or any menu changes
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolve any issues effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized hostess station area
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the restaurant management team
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
  • Proficiency in using reservation management systems is a plus
