Job Description

Overview of the roleTo develop and manage the financial function of Al Futtaim Engineering and Technologies, KSA leverages the span of management, in governance with applicable KSA Rules and Regulations and AF Policies to maximize the return on assets and investment and to ensure the required financial objectives are achieved.ÿÿWhat you will doÿ

  • Acts as a trusted finance business partner to Country Divisional Head to enable efficient business outcomes.
  • Responsible for annual Budgets and Forecasts for Saudi operations. Liaise closely with Country Divisional Head and Regional Financial Controller.
  • Prepare month-end reports for management and ensure compliance with Group reporting deadlines.
  • Analyse and report on monthly financial results.ÿ
  • Develop financial models and cash flow projections
  • Implement internal control and risk management procedures to safeguard the assets and liabilities of the company.
  • Manage all day to day accounting operations including Revenue Recognition IFRS15, Billing, AR, AP, GL, Inventory and Treasury.
  • Ensure integrity of financial accounting records and compliance with IFRS and Group Policies and Procedures
  • Liaise with Internal Audit and ensure all audit recommendations are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Perform half-year and full-year closing in accordance with Group and Regional Finance timeline.
  • Liaising with an external auditor for the preparation of Financials Statements,ÿ
  • Oversee regulatory filing across VAT, ZAKAT, and Withholding Tax as per the government timeline.
  • Identify and evaluation of business opportunities to maximize return on capital investments.
  • Liaising with Country Divisional Head and Regional Financial Controller on Business and Finance related activities.ÿ
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business process efficiencies.
  • Supervise the Finance team, nurture, and coach through continuous feedback.
