About The RolePositive Side Consulting (PSC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Team Leader to oversee all financial aspects of our company, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail.Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with the companys goals and strategies.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze the companys financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports for executives and the board of directors.
  • Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage financial risks facing the company.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the companys adherence to all applicable financial laws and regulations.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of accountants and financial analysts.

Qualifications And Skills
