The role holder is responsible for providing strategic advice to the business on risk assessment for key business decisions like new product development as well as facilitating embedding of entire risk value chain in organizations decision making process .The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Develops stc RM mitigation framework and detail initiatives and cascade the same across stc sectorsProvides strategic advise to the business on risk assessment for key business decisions like new product development, etc.Assesses potential impact of emerging risks on stcProvides strategic advise to the business on risk assessment for key business decisions like new product development, etc.Facilitates embedding of entire risk value chain in organizations decision making processPerforms regular and ad-hoc checks to ensure that all projects/services are in compliance with risk strategies and standardsCoordinates the network of all BU/FU/Subsidiary risk teams &provide necessary supportOversees support to the BUs in developing detailed & actionable risk mitigation plans for the identified risks & provide support if necessaryInterfaces periodically with highest risk authority in BUs/FUs/Subsidiaries to drive effective risk managementProvides required support to all sectors/departments in implementing and managing risk standards and methodologies
