Job Description

Under the administrative direction of the General Manager, the Finance Manager is responsiblefor complete administration of all financial matters directly relating to and affecting company financial planning.SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (WORK TO BE PERFORMED):

  • Supervises and provides guidance to the company, Finance and Accounting Personnel that will enable the Finance and Accounting Department to execute their individual responsibilities in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
  • Directly reporting to the General Manager. Advises the General Manager and line management in all matters relating to finance, accounting and budgeting.
  • Responsible for preparation of budgets, financial planning, bank accounts, receipts payable and collection of funds.
  • Coordinates all financial and accounting with General Manager.
  • Prepares periodic and special written reports, statistic, and correspondence directly related to the Finance Department operation.
  • Maintains accurate financial records as may be required in accordance with the laws of company auditors.
  • Perform other functions and special projects as may be assigned.
  • Responsible for preparation of annual Financial Plan, to include budgeting of all Company funds and financial obligations.
  • Responsible for petty cash and coordinates company purchasing matters.
