Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager who is responsiblefor the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offeringinsights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions forthe company. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to deliver the company?s vision and strategy.Responsibilities

  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Supports budget and forecasting activities.
  • Monitors and analyses department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
  • Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
