Responsibilities: Oversee daily field operations and ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians, helpers, and other field staff.Ensure work is performed according to safety standards and quality requirements.Conduct site inspections and quality checks.Liaise with project managers and clients regarding progress and issues.Maintain documentation of work activities, progress reports, and safety records.Troubleshoot technical problems on-site and provide guidance to team members.Qualifications: Relevant experience in field supervision, preferably in electronics or related industries.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
