Job Description

Field Supervisor - Drilling Services Are you looking for an interesting and inspiring opportunity? Would you like be a part of our reginal Drilling Services Product Line? Join our innovating Field Services team Our Drilling services Team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Partner with the best As a Field Supervisor, you will work closely with customers and supervise the daily operations of your team within the region. Youll provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of customer projects. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for: 

  • Providing direct instruction and supervision to other Field Engineers on day-to-day well site work and activities.
  • Providing advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate.
  • Providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site
  • Utilizing broad knowledge of the product lines tool(s) and/or service for data analysis when required
  • Ensuring work is evaluated upon completion by local Operations Management and the external Customer to ensure objectives have been met.
  • Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
  • Acting as a project leader and mentoring junior field engineers
  • Executing other related duties as assigned.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: 
  • Have Bachelors degree and significant relatable experience
  • Have at least 5 years experience as a field specialist
  • Have thorough mechanical and application proficiency in one or more product lines.
  • be competent in medium to high risk applications in other product groups.
  • Have completed assigned training and development programs required by local Operations under the direction of the Talent Management Group.
