Drilling Services*Join our Drilling Services TeamAs Field Specialist you will be provide resolution to problems of moderately complex scope at the well site where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.Partner with the bestAs a dual Loading While Drilling ? Directional Drilling Field Specialist you will develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Logging while Drilling services at the well site.As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:* Reporting for Drilling Services portfolio activities (mainly Field Engineer and Directional Drilling) * Demonstrating Knowledge over Wellbore Placement * Demonstrating Knowledge over Collision Avoidance Practices and relation with Muddling While Drilling Activities * Developing proficiency for the delivery of Logging while Drilling services at the well site. * Completing advanced technical training and assigned well site development Programs. * Developing proficiency required for the delivery of Directional Drilling services at the well site * Demonstrating knowledge over Hydraulics and Torque & Drag Simulations * Supervising good practices for Baker Hughes Activities Handling and making up * Demonstrating knowledge of activities/technologies related to well construction like Hydraulic Expandable Reamers, Circulation Sub * Communicating and facilitating continuous improvementFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:* Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronical) or related. * Have 5 years of experience in Drilling Services. * Be a good communicator and be fluent in English * Be a good team player and display good communication skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
