Field Specialist - Artificial Lift SystemsWould you like the opportunity to work for the oil field services company?Would you like to work in the field supporting our customers?Join our Artificial Lift Systems teamOur Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our team provides technical expertise to meet our client expectation in Artificial Lift requirement. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.Partner with the bestAs an Artificial lifts Field Specialist, you will provide support for Artificial Lifts operations, play a vital role on-site with our customers and work on a variety of complex problems and issues. Youll be the on-site expert, continually developing knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers.As a Field Specialist - Artificial Lift Systems, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing the installation of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in offshore, onshore oil and water wells.
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting and testing down-hole ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
  • Handling special projects as assigned.
  • Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and Legal Compliance requirements.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have some experience in running Electrical Submersible Pump or Artificial Lift tools or equipment
  • Have a technical degree in a related subject or have good, relevant industry experience
  • Flexibility to travel on domestic or international assignments and time away from home, often at short notice.
  • Ability to alternate methods of completing tasks if the set method is not viable.
  • Display the ability to communicate professionally with customers and build relationships
