### This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, and not a direct role with Imploy###As a field service engineer, you will be tasked with delivering technical support and maintenance services directly to our clients on-site. youll be pivotal in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our equipment, resolving technical issues promptly, and fostering strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.Key responsibilities:Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our equipment at customer locations.Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to maintain optimal performance.Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues utilizing diagnostic tools and resources.Coordinate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.Document all service activities accurately and thoroughly.Provide training and guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working in the field.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in engineering, electrical engineering, or related field preferred.Proven experience in a similar technical support role, preferably in equipment or machinery.Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.Skills & competencies:Technical proficiencyProblem-solving abilityCommunication skillsIndependenceTime managementCustomer service orientationAdaptability
