Key Responsibilities:• Installation: Set up the machines at client locations, ensuring proper functionality.• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure machines operate efficiently.• Repair: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machines, often on-site.• Customer Support: Provide training and support to clients on machine operation and features.• Collaborate with the technical support team and escalate complex issues when needed.• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and client site requirements.• Maintain service tools, test equipment, and inventory of spare parts.• Travel to various customer locations as required (regional/national).• Documentation: Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and inventory of parts.Required Skills:• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical systems.• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues quickly and effectively.• Communication: Clear communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.• Time Management: Efficiently manage service schedules and prioritize tasks.Qualifications:• Degree or certification in electronics, engineering, or a related field.• 1–3 years of field service, technical support, or equipment maintenance experience preferably with electro-mechanical or banking equipment.• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in mechanical and low-voltage electrical systems.• Good communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize service calls.Work Environment:• Field-based role, requiring travel to various client locations.• May involve working in different environments, including retail and banking settings.
