Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone!Position Description- Attend all the site calls as per thesupervisor instruction.- Ensure the valves are by-passed from theline and a valid work permit present.- Take appropriate safety precautions anduse the adequate safety tools.- Any of the unsafe act/conditions must bereported to the site in charge.- The site inspection report and time sheetmust be fill and get the signature from the customer.- Support the production when there is nosite calls.- Assembles valves / actuators based onStandard Operating Procedure or routine assembly and dismantlingpractices.- Requires the ability use of hand toolswhich may include various wrenches (manual, electric or air), torquewrenches, hoists, scissor tables and valve / actuator testing equipment toinsure product meets quality requirements.- Performs equipmentchange-overs if required to assemble or dismantle valves / actuators fortesting.- Responsible forvalve quality making adjustments as necessary to produce product withinspecifications. Reject product outside of specifications.- Operate withinstandard operating procedures (SOPs) and obey all safety requirements.- Verify &Ensure the heat codes are matching with the kitted parts in assembly.- Sign the assemblytraveler after completing each step.- Ensure theaccessories and tubing s as per the specification and drawing.- Communicateto the supervisor for any deviation.- Preserve thevalve/Actuator by dry the body and protect the flange face.- Operate forkliftto maintain raw material supply for the production line or to move productto designated areas.- Completedaily production and valve specifications logs as required by supervisor.- Perform preventivemaintenance (PMs) on production line machinery.- Communicate withoperators from other shifts.- Clean and maintainwork area.- Turn off and lockout equipment when not in use.- Participate andcontribute to process improvements activities within the facility Assistmachinists in repair work.- Other job that maybe assigned to him/her.- Perform the job safely in-house and on-site, perform high level of housekeeping, perform riskassessment, comply to SHEA policy and report policy violation and hazards .Position RequirementsEDUATION:- High school graduateWORK EXPERIENCE:- With at least 5 yearsexperience in manufacturing industry.OTHERS:- Manual dexterityrequires to operate machineries.- With good physicalcondition, able to lift 30 lbs of weight.- Ability to read theData sheets and instructions.- Ability to understandthe tubing diagram and operation.- Ability to follow thework instructions.TRAINING AND CONTINOUSEDUCATION NEEDED:- Regular updates onSafety Awareness Training- Machineries Training.- Quality Control toolssuch as graphs, check sheet, Pareto diagram, control chart, others.- Quality improvementtools such as root cause analysis, corrective action planning and CIP.- Update on Flowservestandards.- Product TrainingPreferencesLocally available Saudi National candidate
