This represents a key role in helping control occupational risk on the rig.As a Field HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Bringing added value in HSE application to the Integrated Operations Project.
  • Implementing HSE priorities, metrics, goals, and requirements to complete the integration process and operational ownership of Environmental Health & Safety
  • Applying HSE ?Best Practice? at all project sites, in line with Client, and Baker Hughes Management Systems.
  • Evaluating continuously program effectiveness and implement strategies and tactics to meet business expectations
  • Coordinating/conducting compliance audits/reviews of site work areas and coach personnel on identified improvement opportunities and closure of findings/recommendations
  • Ensuring coherent HSE approach by all contracted parties operating in the project ? managing application of the HSE interface.
  • Coordinating/collaborating with other functional leaders and people leaders ensuring expeditious and sustainable program implementation with continuous improvement
  • Liaising with internal and external HSE professionals and regulators and ensure audit protection privilege is instituted where & when appropriate
  • Providing technical expertise and compliance support to HSE professionals
  • Managing, applying and ensuring adherence with Aramco and Baker Hughes HSE policies and procedures, and assist the contracted services to comply with the same.
