Controls, to ensure standardization, optimization, and effectiveness of departmental activities on a daily basis.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures* Act as the custodian of all QA&QC policies, processes and procedure manual, so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.* Contribute to cost-efficient usage of all applicable resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.Operational Excellence* Share ideas and viewpoints to further streamline processes, thus driving efficiency and improvements across the organization.* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across ones scope of work in order to achieve the Groups mission, vision and strategy.Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment (QHSE)* Adhere to all relevant QHSE procedures, instructions and controls in line with QHSE policies and procedures to ensure safe, secure and environment to customers, the public, and its own people.Change Management* Manage self during a change and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.Job RequirementsEducation / Qualifications:* Required: Bachelor in EngineeringRelevant Experience:* Required: 5 years of direct field exposure and Wireline job design experienceBenefitsFamily Benefits Medical Insurance
