Job Description

  • Work well in a team oriented environment.

  • Manage & direct service technicians for effective dispatching.
  • Manage workflow of all service requests.
  • Track all work billable or not for the Technicians.
  • Review; revise the proposed invoices for service rendered.
  • Review all requests for personal time from Technicians and ensure they are on the schedule.
