Location: Eastern Province, Saudi ArabiaStart Date: ImmediateEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are currently seeking a skilled and Aramco-approved Fiber Optic Splicing Technician to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects with Saudi Aramco. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in splicing, testing, and troubleshooting fiber optic cables in industrial environments, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:Perform splicing, termination, and testing of fiber optic cables (SM & MM).Read and interpret fiber optic schematics, splicing diagrams, and layout plans.Conduct OTDR, Power Meter, and Light Source testing, and generate test reports.Perform fusion splicing and mechanical splicing as required.Ensure work complies with Aramco and international telecom standards.Maintain fiber infrastructure and perform troubleshooting and repairs.Complete documentation and reporting as per Aramco protocols.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in fiber optic splicing and testing.Must be Aramco-approved for fiber optic splicing.Technical diploma or relevant certification in Telecommunications or Electronics.Proficiency in using OTDR, splicing machines, and related testing tools.Valid Saudi driving license is a plus.
