PilatesPilates Reformer, Mat, and Chair Female Instructor for Exclusive Pilates Studio in Saudi Arabia - Vivid Gym Fitness & SpaWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our studio. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helpingclients improve their physical well-being through the practice of Pilates. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for designing andleading safe and effective Pilates classes, ensuring that participants are engaged and motivated throughout the sessions. The abilityto provide personalized attention and guidance to clients of varying fitness levels is essential. If you have a strong background inPilates, a knack for teaching, and a dedication to promoting overall health and fitness, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Design and lead mat Pilates classes that cater to participants of varying fitness levels and abilities.Instruct clients on proper techniques, form, and breathing patterns to ensure a safe and effective workout.Provide individualized attention and modifications to meet the specific needs and goals of each participant.Demonstrate exercises and assist clients in performing movements correctly.Create a positive and supportive environment during classes, encouraging clients to challenge themselves whilemaintaining proper technique and alignment.Develop class plans that incorporate a variety of exercises to promote overall strength, flexibility, and balance.Educate clients about the benefits of Pilates and how it can contribute to their overall health and well-being.Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field to integrate new techniques and exercises into classes.Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.Communicate with clients to understand their fitness goals and track their progress throughout their Pilates journey.Requirements:A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching group or private classes.Certified Pilates Instructor with a reputable Pilates certification (e.g., Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), Balanced Body, StottPilates, Lagree, or equivalent).Is certified for a Megaformer or is open to training for it as the studio will transition to a Megaformer studio plus mat Pilatesand yoga studio.Proven experience leading group classes, with a strong understanding of various techniques and principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and provide constructive feedback.A passion for health and wellness, with a commitment to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a class effectively while catering to the needs of multiple participants.Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to Pilates exercises and movements.Ability to create a positive and encouraging atmosphere to motivate clients and foster a sense of community within thestudio.CPR certification is preferred.Salary Package:Basic net tax free monthly salary: 7,000 SAR - 12,000 SARComplimentary recruitment flightComplimentary flight home yearlyMedical insuranceCommission on private sessions - to be specified laterAccommodationContinuous training and education courses Company Profile Positions Abroad is a professional recruitment and selection agency recruiting for the well-known clients around the world and helping them to find the best possible candidates globally for their high paying positions.
