Female Pilates Instructor (Reformer, Mat and Chair)Location: Exclusive Pilates studio in Dammam, KSAWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our studio. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and experienced in the Pilates practice and is passionate about helping clients improve their physical well-being and achieving their full fitness potential. As a Pilates Instructor you will be responsible for designing and delivering safe and effective Pilates classes and providing individual instruction to clients.Responsibilities:?Design and lead Reformer Pilates classes that cater to participants of varying fitness levels and abilities.?Instruct clients on proper techniques, form, and breathing patterns to ensure a safe and effective workout.?Be able to Provide individualized attention and modifications to a group class of up to 5 participants.?Lead classes using a Pilates Reformer, stability ball, resistance band , and Cardio-Tramp Rebounder.?Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field to integrate new techniques and exercises into classes.?Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.Requirements:?A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching group or private classes.?Comprehensive 500-hour certification in Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac.?Familiarity with Merrithew Reformer Machine is preferred.?Proven Experience in teaching Prenatal Pilates is a plus.?Proven experience leading group classes, with a strong understanding of various techniques and principles.?Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to Pilates exercises and movements.?Contracted number of classes a week : 25-30 classes per week ( this will be divided to 6 days a week ( AM / PM shifts )Salary Package: ?Salary package is 3300?4000 USD (includes basic salary , accommodation and transportation allowance)?Complimentary recruitment flight?Complimentary annual flight home?Medical insurance?Commission on private sessions 30%( 1-1 and group private classes )?22 days of paid annual leave?support of future training and certifications Company Profile Positions Abroad is a professional recruitment and selection agency recruiting for the well-known clients around the world and helping them to find the best possible candidates globally for their high paying positions.
