We deliver high-quality, innovative, and customized design and print services to a wide range of clients.Position Overview:We are looking for a female Designer to join our team at the store location in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will create high-quality designs, layouts, prepare print-ready files, handle client requests directly in-store and follow ups, and coordinate with the production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities:• Create and develop designs based on client briefs and requirements.• Edit, create, and modify artworks, designs, and layouts as requested.• Prepare accurate prepress and print-ready files (correct color mode, resolution, layout).• Maintain backups and organized design archives with proper naming conventions.• Make design samples, align with costing, approval, and delivery requirements.• Prepare and issue job orders and quotations.• Collaborate with the Office Manager, production team, and clients for design approvals and revisions.• Communicate with the team and clients regarding job status and updates.• Provide cost estimation and quotations to customers with manager’s coordination.• Support production teams with print-ready files, sample follow-ups, dispatch, and delivery of jobs by promised deadlines.• Assist in designing content for in-house branding, social media, and marketing campaigns.• Assist other departments when required to ensure workflow continuity.• Carry out any additional design-related duties assigned by the manager.Requirements:• Female candidates only (as per company hiring requirements).• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Designer in the printing industry (digital/offset/large format preferred).• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).• Strong knowledge of prepress, print standards, and design file preparation.• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (Hindi is an advantage).• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Willingness to work from the store location with the company’s assigned shift timings.What We Offer:• Attractive salary package.• Professional work environment with client-facing design exposure.• Career growth opportunities.
