Job Description

Elite Education school Medina (a member of Elite Education Group) will be operating in September 2023, school location in Knowledge Economic City, Medina, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The school follows the American and IB Curricula.

  • Works under the direction of the School director in managing an organized and professional classroom that is conducive to learning and the development of the whole child:
  • Recognizes the needs of students and offers support as required.
  • Models the established limits, expectations, and routines of the classroom
  • Demonstrates projects clearly required from students
  • Maintains the physical environment of the classroom in a clean, safe and organized manner
  • Handles stressful situations with patience, understanding, and flexibility
  • Accompanies the class on field trips
  • Monitors students in a variety of settings to provide a safe and positive learning environment
  • Selects and orders art supplies for the course being taught
  • Evaluates students? progress, including assessing students? work through art portfolios
  • Uses age appropriate tools and materials.
  • Prepares necessary props and backdrops for school plays and events.
  • Fosters a cooperative and respectful partnership with families:
  • Handles all interactions with families with professionalism.
  • Attends parent meetings and interacts with them.
  • Works as part of a cooperative and diverse team of educators and administrators to carry out the goals:
  • Attends, participates in, and contributes to activities and staff meetings.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to share experience and knowledge.
  • Attends morning, afternoon and break shifts as needed.
  • Continues intellectual and professional development:
  • Observes the classrooms of colleagues when possible.
  • Welcomes observation and feedback from colleagues and other professionals in education and related fields.
  • Seeks out and attends workshops, seminars, and courses related to child development, education, and language acquisition.
  • Follows the policies and procedures of the school.
Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the department.
