Identifies customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information. Meet all reasonable needs and requests of customers within acceptable enterprise time frames.Ideally will have experience in a guest facing role for 0-12 months, along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work flexible hours. Good level of English is essential.
