Under the direction of the CEO /Director / Project Manager and within the limits of established ESOM, policies and procedures; is responsible to manage the housekeeping and laundry operations in multi Projects environment to ensure highest level of Quality and Operating standards are established and met while delivering a guest experience that is unique and deliver the client expectations.
KEY Responsibilities
Perform tasks as directed by the Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals (KPIs)
Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures in all projects in relation to:
Plan and execute staffing requirements for the Projects, establish performance and development goals for HK team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
Ensure all the staff are educated and trained in compliance with Kingdom laws and safety regulations. Ensure staff is properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties.
Ensure flow of communication between HK Managers across all the projects.
Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems
