The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for high-end interior, joinery, glass, and aluminium works.Key Responsibilities:· Prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates based on project drawings, specifications, and site requirements.· Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site visits.· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate costing.· Evaluate and assess subcontractor quotations for cost efficiency.· Assist in value engineering and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, prices, and market trends within the interior fit-out and joinery sector.Requirements:· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the interior fit-out, joinery, glass, and aluminium works industries.· Proficient in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.· Strong understanding of interior construction materials and finishes.· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
